  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or application

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales

3. Return Process

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement products will be shipped after verification of the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
