Refund & Returns Policy
At GuardianXPro, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase from www.guardianxpro.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to improper handling or application
Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with:

4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
The refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will be shipped after verification of the returned item.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect application, surface preparation, or environmental conditions.
